I Have Never Involved In Any Fraud In My Entire Life In Public Offices, Says EFCC Boss

 

The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr. Ola Olukoyede, has declared that he has never been involved in any fraudulent activity throughout his years in public service. He made this statement on Channels Television during an exclusive conversation with journalist Seun Akingbaloye.

Mr. Olukoyede maintained that his career in public office has been guided by integrity, discipline, and a strong commitment to ethical conduct. He emphasized that at no point in his professional life has he engaged in corrupt practices, noting that transparency and accountability remain central to his leadership philosophy.



The EFCC chairman’s remarks come at a time when public scrutiny of government officials is intense, particularly on issues of corruption and governance. By making this assertion publicly, he sought to reaffirm his credibility and reassure Nigerians of his resolve to lead the commission in line with its mandate of combating financial crimes.
